Do you like crawfish?  Not everyone does, but a lot of people in this neck of the woods do.

If you don`t believe me just drive by Shamsie`s Crawfish some afternoon Thursday thru Saturday. It`s on Arkansas Blvd between Schlotzsky`s and Tom`s Jug House.

They are at 127 Arkansas Blvd if you don`t know. Evidently a lot of people do know because they sell about 2000 pounds of crawfish a weekend.

Mr. Shamsie grew up in southern Louisiana near the town of Crowley where he says the local people like to sit in the shade on hot summer days and eat spicy food. He uses his own original mix of seasonings, which is spicy and has a good flavor.
