70,000 children were confirmed child abuse victims in Texas in 2007. 223 Texas children   died from abuse and neglect.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE.

The Texarkana Child Protective Services is made up of people who strive to help abused children  and children who are in foster care.

They have opened a Rainbow Room to supply foster children with basic needs and 

other items to help foster children cope.
